Rooftop Time

So for the rooftop, I want to have a level where you start off on some lower buildings and you complete the level once you make it to the highest point. A problem with this is having the building close enough to jump to, yet believable. And they would also need a good texture for the outside of them.
After some research, I found that I liked the idea of roof top slums when I saw examples in Hong Kong. I decided that it would be interesting to have a contrast between the buildings. The lower ones would be older buildings, in disrepair and with the slum houses, and the higher buildings would be newer and pristine.
